Mandiri Remit

Mandiri Remit is the  mobile application to help you send money to Indonesia quickly ,comfortably and safely with competitive exchange rate and fee.

Mandiri Remit can send money to Indonesia countries.

You only bring Identity card such as IC for Malaysian, Valid passpord or KTP for Indonesian

After you visit to our nearest branch and verify from our front liner staff, you will be Immediately use Mandiri Remit.

You need to add the beneficiary first, then you can click send money button and follow the instruction from send transaction.

Mandiri Remit can accept payment using cash over the counter (our branch) and thru payment gateway FPX.

Customer can send maximum RM 3,000 per transaction.

You can contact customer service if the transaction is delay or fail.

If your transaction is completed thru FPX, you can’t cancel the transaction that has been sent out or completed. All transfer are completed by Mandiri Remit are final and Mandiri Remit can’t reverse or recall payments. But if the transaction using cash over the counter, You need to contact our customer service to cancel the transaction.

Yes, you can reset it from yourself, If you forgot your password, you can reset at forgot password menu button

You can click question mark button in the mandiri remit and refer to Help and Support. During business hour from 9.30am-5.30pm.

You can check in the history menu after you perform the transaction.

Remittance

  • For the first time customer, please visit Mandiri Remittance branches and bring along your Identity Document
  • For existing customer can send money via Bank Transfer and contact our
    branch staff for the next proces

In a module, you will find an option to enable schema support. Once you enable this option, FAQ schema will be automatically added to your page. In case you are using an external plugin to add schema you can keep it disabled.
